I can honestly say that Preferred Receiving & Installation has the best receiving notification procedure in town. It’s typical to receive notice within hours, rather than days as most other receiving facilities I’ve dealt with. Items are actually inspected and pictures are forwarded. They are also very responsive in all manners. Calls are answered, and voicemails/texts/emails are quickly replied to. Preferred also utilizes a great online resource that allows you to track and manage your warehouse inventory, and it includes photos for reference, which is something many service providers claim to/have tried to offer, but they actually have figured out how to do it in a simplistic and easy to use way. The service reps are professional, cordial, and very knowledgeable regarding handling and loading products safely. We haven’t had a client complaint yet, and don’t expect one anytime soon.

I’ve been in the designer logistics and warehousing business in Atlanta for 24 years, and I can honestly say that Preferred has the ideal situation going right now, and I’m grateful to have been on board with them since their inception.
